Email Subscribers List Feature

Users can now view a comprehensive list of email subscribers directly within the app. This new feature includes a user-friendly search box allowing easy filtering of subscribers. The design and functionality are based on the specifications outlined in ticket DEV-893, providing a seamless experience for managing email lists.

Enable Product Hub Settings Editing for All Users All users can now modify product hub settings, instead of just Jira admins, enhancing flexibility and collaboration.
Extended Authorization Code Expiry The authorization code lifetime has been extended to 5 minutes to accommodate user consent delays.
Sharing Interstitial for Account Confirmations Introducing a sharing interstitial to enhance user confirmation of email and profile data sharing with specific producthub instances. This improvement addresses UX concerns caused by the accounts service functioning as a single OpenID client for Google. Users will encounter a confirmation prompt to share data with both releasedhub.com and the specific SUBDOMAIN.releasedhub.com, ensuring clear consent during the first login process to a concrete producthub instance. Portal Preview Color Settings Issue Resolved Addressed an issue where color settings in the portal preview weren’t updating in real-time when the portal was configured to display only the Roadmap. You can now see changes to colors instantly without needing to save and reload settings.
Rating Fields Missing from Roadmap Resolved an issue where the Jira Product Discovery rating fields were not displaying on roadmap views. This fix ensures that all relevant rating information is now visible, providing more comprehensive insights directly on the roadmap.
Email Settings Display Improvement Resolved an issue causing a large gap to appear between the email settings and the subscriber list when the settings were disabled, ensuring a more streamlined and visually appealing interface.
Confluence Space Visibility in Drop-Down This update resolves the issue where Confluence Spaces were not visible in the drop-down menu due to their classification outside of 'global' spaces. Previously, only 'global' spaces were returned by the system, excluding some types like Collaboration and Knowledge Base spaces. A workaround has been implemented to request and filter all spaces, ensuring all relevant spaces are visible, including non-'global' types.

Resolved: Roadmap View Dialog Issue We've fixed an issue where a dialog warning about unsaved settings incorrectly appeared when users attempted to open a ticket from the roadmap view. Now, the dialog will only display when there are truly unsaved changes as you navigate away, providing a smoother and less disruptive navigation experience.
